From April 01, 2022 to June 30, 2022, an exhibition celebrating 50 years of the Woodstock Festival will be on display at the Kranzler-Eck. The exhibition will feature 160 impressive photographs by Elliott Landy of the legendary Woodstock Festival in 1969.

The three-day Woodstock Festival is considered the “mother of all festivals” and stands, in addition to many stage performances that enjoy cult status, for Peace, Love & Unity – values that have lost none of their relevance today.
The comprehensive show of works by Elliott Landy, who as a music photographer was permitted to take pictures on the Woodstock stage in August 1969, shows moments that convey the spirit of Woodstock.
The unique festival atmosphere shared by 500,000 people for three days is just as tangible as the magnificent gigs by artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Bob Dylan, The Who and Joe Cocker.
Visitors can embark on a journey through time in four different themed areas:
- Vision of a Generation
- Stars and Stones
- High on Music
- Woodstock
In addition, an audiovisual psychedelic show and a Woodstock Café bring the spirit of Woodstock to Berlin’s City West. Meter-high portraits of the “Gods of Rock” are the highlights of the exhibition.
