Paul McCartney and John Lennon Tryptich prints  on sale now until January 10th.
On May 11, 1968 Paul McCartney and John Lennon announced the formation of Apple Records at a press conference held in New York City. I went there to take photos and found the room overflowing with photographer’s and writers, all jostling to get up close to Paul and John. It was mayhem! I did not join the fray to get to the front, but stayed in the back and held my camera over everyone’s head. (I am the tall bearded guy with lots of hair in the photo at the bottom.) I had no idea it would be the only time I would see the Beatles.

On the occasion of this month’s debut of the Beatles new song “Now and Then”, 45 years after John Lennon began writing it, I am offering two fine art prints of photos I took at this event. One is a tryptich print withthree images of Paul and John. The other is a single image taken, holding the camera over my head, without looking through the viewfinder.
